Program Guidelines:
Christ-based Support Groups are based on the life of Jesus Christ.
The objective is to draw the participants into a deeper relationship
with Jesus Christ as they live the healing process.
Support Group Faith-Objective: Participants will understand their
condition from a Christ-based perspective. Participants will develop
or enhance their faith-life skills. Participants will build life-time
supporters. Participants will see change in their circumstances when
they employ their faith-life skills.
Participant Requirements: Participants must covenant for 8 weeks. They must convene weekly unless there is an extreme reason for not attending. Participant must be willing to share. Participants will be willing to complete assignments, and they are willing to allow the Lord to use them in building His kingdom.
Support Group Fees: These are donation-based support groups. Participants give according to their ability. Participants are not required to give anything, but experience has proven that most people are more determined when they invest in their development no matter how large or small it may be. While our objective is to see people healed, a commitment to follow the program in every way is a Christ-based pathway to healing.
Support Sessions: Sessions will convene once weekly. There may be other arrangements. Sessions are typically 8 weeks subject to the support group leader. Persons desiring additional counseling will make arrangements on an “as-needed†basis.
Required Telephone and Internet Equipment: These sessions are by phone conference. Participants must have a telephone, and they must be willing to accept the cost for the phone call. The cost is subject to their phone carrier's rates. It is not required, but if they have high-speed internet service, this will enhance the experience.
Session Covenant: A covenant is an agreement entered by one-or-more parties. The Old Testament and New Testament are covenants. The covenant makes clear the expectations and mutual provisions to limit or prevent misunderstanding and failure to reach objectives. Click here for the program covenant.
