Persons desiring the CCBMC (Certified Christ-based Marriage Counselor), or CCBCA (Certified Christ-based Counselor, Addiction) must complete the CCBC certification program including the first trimester of the
Faith-life Program (Milk-to-Maturity, Faith-life Skills...click here to see first trimester).
NOTE: Persons completing any NACCBC certification must complete at least one Continuing Education Course per year in a Christian counseling related course with NACCBC. These courses are available through distance learning or on-line. The cost is $30.00 per course. [Commencing with the year following certification.]
CBC, ADVANCED MASTERY LICENSURE PROGRAM (AMLP)
Basic Certification Program Marriage Certification Addiction Certification Depression, Joy Therapy Course Enters covenant to adhere extensively to CBC counseling plan Evidence or affirmed statement of 4 years of counseling:
All other CEU requirements are maintained. These persons are assigned to NACCBC's advanced registry. Applicants can enter the basic program, and complete the other requirements at a later date. Persons who have already completed the course requirements must submit a statement vowing use of the CBC counseling plan and submit evidence of four years of counseling experience. This could be a letter or statement from pastors, supervisors, or other documentation (brochures, policy, other documents) with your name and dates of your services. An affirmed statement of experience is also acceptable.
Completing each program over time could cost more than $430. However, applicants who apply for the whole program may pay a discounted fee of $280.00.
Fees: (SCHOLARSHIP THRU 6/15/08. AMLP fee is $142.50.). Beginning 6/16 thru 8/30,
the $280 discounted fee can be divided into 3 payments of $90.00 over three months.
MINISTRY SUPPORT FINANCIAL PROGRAM: Effective 6/16 The Advanced Mastery Licensure Program can be divided into three equal payments of 90.00. The Counselors may complete all requirements. However, certification is NOT issued until the certification fee is paid in full. There is no processing cost during the special period.
Fees are submitted in Step 8 of the basic certification process. If you do not pay the full certification fee amount be sure to indicate the months you desire to pay the balance.
